Ryan and Meghan Sullivan, Owners, New Leaf Salon & Spa
Founded in 2003 by Donna Candito-Williams and her sister Laurie, New Leaf Salon & Spa was created to offer an elevated beauty experience rooted in exceptional service, advanced education, and genuine care. Over the years, Donna—joined by her husband Derek—grew New Leaf into one of Central Massachusetts' premier salons, earning the trust and loyalty of guests throughout the region. In 2025, Meghan and Ryan Sullivan proudly continued the New Leaf legacy. After eight years as part of the New Leaf team, Meghan was honored to carry forward the vision and values that shaped the salon's success. Together, Meghan and Ryan bring fresh perspective and renewed energy while remaining true to the foundation built by Donna and Derek. At New Leaf Salon & Spa, our story is one of growth, artistry, and care—continuing a legacy that inspires confidence and connection in every guest we serve.
About Meghan Sullivan, Owner
Meghan Sullivan has been an integral part of the New Leaf Salon & Spa family for over eight years, bringing a genuine love for both her craft and the clients she serves. With more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Meghan believes the best results come from truly listening and creating an experience where every guest feels confident and cared for.
In 2024, Meghan and her husband Ryan proudly became the owners of New Leaf Salon & Spa, continuing a legacy that has always felt like home. She is deeply committed to honoring the salon’s foundation while thoughtfully guiding it forward.
Outside the salon, Meghan and Ryan recently welcomed their daughter, Hailey, a new chapter that has further shaped Meghan’s appreciation for connection, balance, and community.
