However, appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice may be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee which may equal up to a 50% charge of the service.
Clients that do not show up for their appointment will be considered a No Show and will incur a No Show Fee which may be equal to 100% charge of the service.
Cancellation or No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before their next appointment. The Credit Card on file may be charged if our Cancellation/No Show policy is not adhered to.
We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to Cancel or No Show. Fees in these instances may be waived but only with management approval.
